Lowongan Kerja Assistant Consolidation Manager Traveloka Jakarta Desember 2017

As an Assistant Consolidation Manager , you will be responsible for tracking intercompany activity in excel workbooks, creating intercompany invoices, recording transactions in the general ledger, and preparing balances sheet reconciliations as needed. You will also participate as an integral part of the accounting team during the month end close process, as well as contribute to financial reporting, and year-end audit preparation.
Group Corporate Accounts
- Developing and operating financial accounting procedures for the company in alignment with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Monitoring and coordinating general accounting operations from all locations, departments and functions in the company for online, monthly and annual reporting objectives
- Facilitating the preparation of and validating the financial statements presented to banks, shareholders and regulatory authorities
Corporate Accounts
- Generating financial statements and reports for statutory requirements, for calendar and financial requirement periods
- Ensuring all statutory payments and reporting are made accurately as well as monitor compliance of statutory payments and reporting in all locations of the company
- Coordinating the confirmation of customer and vendor accounts and ensuring prompt and accurate inter-company transactions
- To attend queries raised by statutory auditors at the time of finalization of accounts for quarterly period and calendar year
- Coordination with the local team and other departments (AR, AP, etc) for complete and timely accounting of revenues, costs, assets and liabilities
Management Reporting
Prepare financial analysis with the comparison with the company’s budget as well as prepare monthly management discussion and analysis as one of the items in Financial Statement
Financial Systems Development
Ensure that all activities of the company are captured in Oracle
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting is required
  • Having experience coming from Big 4 audit firms and has exposure to consolidation companies
  • Having 4-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience working within a general ledger system, knowledge in Oracle is a plus
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to meet rigorous deadlines (but still maintaining a level of meticulous) and work effectively within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word, and advanced in MS Excel
  • Versatile, dependable, and flexible team player
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects
