Scope of Work
1. Ensure the Quality of the System
2. Support all cases and Incident happens in Non-Core system, setting priority and solves the production issues as agreed timeline.
3. Analysis and Propose Solution (Conduct meeting to all related department to find the best solution and setting the action plan to fix)
4. Fixing Data (Data Patching or Data Configuration to system)
5. System Enhancement for permanent solution as schedule (Timeline depend on the Case Complexity – define by ROIT or Local IT)
6. Support Operation support – Setting parameter for Batch Job (Daily, weekly, yearly)
7. Daily Monitoring SQL Job (DTS & SSIS)
· Strong commitment to accomplish work by having good collaboration with Users / Subject Matter expert
· Developing capabilities in both technical and non-technical skill to resolve issues with Users and all corresponding parties
· Opportunity to expand knowledge in Insurance Industry by participating on LOMA or other certifications on Insurance industry.
· Experience: IT application support.
· Minimum 2 years working experience as application support
· Minimum 1 year working experience in Insurance industry
· Demonstrated organizational skills
· Strong SQL 2008 above
· Strong programming analysis (.Net, VB6, etc)
· Having Microsoft office skill (Excel formula and Pivot)
· Experience developing IT documentation
· Self-motivated and fast learning
· English fluent
Education and Other Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
· Good knowledge about Insurance process
